Jill's Fabulous Fudge
4 c. sugar
14 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. choc chips or peanut butter
7 oz. marshmellow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Put sugar, milk & butter into tall saucepan. Cook over low heat. Stir occasionally.
Cook to soft ball stage (236
degrees). Remove from heat. Add remaining ingrediants. Beat until blended. Pour into 2 qt
buttered dish.
