The ability to have multiple mail boxes means that you can organize critical business communications into a model of your company. For example, email which should be seen by the Vice President, Marketing can be received as Marketing_Manager@YourCompany.com and then sent by the VPOP3 server to pat@SomeISP.net (or pat@YourCompany.com).

Similarly, email received as Help@YourCompany.com can be directed to Jean@SomeISP.com or Jean@YourCompany.com. A little thought will help you to imagine a number of email scenarios that will be beneficial to your company.

It used to be necessary to have many separate Internet accounts or to buy, install and administer a complex mail server at your site and to make a complex connection with a local ISP to stack mail (in both directions) so that it could be retrieved or sent according to a schedule. The mail server was expensive, frequently requiring a dedicated machine and technical expertise to administer. VPOP3, an included feature of your VPOP account, has changed that forever.

The mail server resides on our equipment and can administered by your designee with access to the Internet. Administration does not require special training or equipment. PC's and Mac's are equally at home with VPOP3's graphical interface. Additions, deletions and changes are completed in seconds. Thus, as your company grows or undergoes organizational changes, your staff adjusts VPOP3 to reflect such changes instantly. (View a screen-shot of the VPOP3 Admin Tool to see how easy it is to manage VPOP3).

And of course, VPOP3 is included with your VPOP account at no extra charge. (We even have a stand-alone version for firms which do not require the use of a VPOP web account. Very reasonably priced too).
