The ability to have multiple mail boxes means that you can organize critical business communications into a model of your company. For example, email which should be seen by the Vice President, Marketing can be received as Marketing_Manager@YourCompany.com and then sent by the VPOP3 server to pat@SomeISP.net (or pat@YourCompany.com).Similarly, email received as Help@YourCompany.com can be directed to Jean@SomeISP.com or Jean@YourCompany.com. It used to be necessary to have many separate Internet accounts or to buy, install and administer a complex mail server at your site and to make a complex connection with a local ISP to stack mail (in both directions) so that it could be retrieved or sent according to a schedule.
